Laretta dear,
I know you're not a big podcast listener.
Yet this is all I have for you, format-wise, today. Well, not all, there's a recording and an offer you can't refuse as well.
Regenerative Real Estate Podcast
I had the pleasure of being invited by Neal Collins at Latitude Real Estate to speak about Listen to your Land and regenerative architecture. I say pleasure, but it was actually an honor. If you go through past episodes, you can see the amount of brilliant people having passed his zoom room… Amanda Sturgeon, Bill Reed, Pamela Mang, Martin Brown, Carol Sanford. And so many others…
I'm officially in the cool kids club.
Here's the episode.
Zoom Regenerative
Also, this week I spoke at Zoom Regenerative, hosted by Martin Brown.
We discussed Recalibrating Architecture for the Regenerative Age. Martin has been hosting Zoom Regenerative for three years now, "as a global conscious collective that, like a forest web of life, reciprocates and invigorates, nurtures and heals, cross-pollinating regenerative practices for a healthy, thriving future”. He writes a beautiful substack right here.
Is your home climate-proof?
Third but not least, I'm still toying with the idea of a cohort course, mainly because I'd love to meet you and because the existing houses are just as important as the ones we're building anew.
So the new working title is Climate-proof your home with regenerative architect Jo Petroni. This means we can talk about a looot of things.
One of the main elements of any regenerative endeavor is co-creation. So…
So if you are a homeowner and are worried about climate change affecting your house in the coming years (or this year!), hit this button right here and then add your email address:
What will happen is I will invite you to get on a call with me and we'll discuss your context and specific flavor of climate change, and that will help me get a better idea of how to make this course the most valuable thing for the most home owners.
Then I will select a beta-program cohort. (If you're an Epistolary subscriber you'll have priority of course). The beta-program will be free of charge and will probably last about 4-5 weeks in total, at a chill pace. I will share all I know and you will share your experience.
Love,
Jo
I enjoyed this Jo!
Awesome work Jo keep it up!
